Every plan has every feature. Plans differ by how many Xero organisations and bank feeds they cover, and by nothing else. Statements and lines are unlimited throughout, and every plan starts with a 14-day trial that takes no card.

Every plan includes
There is no cut-down version. Withholding a duplicate check from the cheapest plan would mean selling a product that posts unverified lines into somebody's ledger.
- Unlimited statements and unlimited lines
- Duplicate detection against everything already in the account
- Running balance verified before anything posts
- Sign and direction checks on exports that record spending as positive
- PDF, CSV and Excel statements
- Column mapping saved per account and reused
- Posting through Xero's official Bank Feeds API
- Email support
What you are actually paying for
Not the typing. Anybody can retype a statement into Xero, and on a good day it takes twenty minutes. What costs you the afternoon is the one line that went in wrong: a duplicate from an overlapping period, a transposed figure, a refund that imported as a payment. You do not find that line when it posts. You find it weeks later when the account will not reconcile, and then you go looking for it across a hundred rows.
Chasing one error in a hundred-line statement takes as long as entering the statement did in the first place. That is the cost this removes, and it is why the checks are on every plan rather than sold as an upgrade. The subscription buys a number you do not have to go back and check.

Fourteen days, no card. Connect Xero and post a real statement into a real account, then pick a plan if it did what you needed.
