Use the preview to check dates, amounts, signs and any warnings. Saved column mappings help with repeat exports. StatementClear checks for overlaps with its own previous uploads, but you should still compare the period against anything already imported through other tools or native feeds.

Monthly plans renew each month. Yearly plans are billed in full for the year and renew each year. You can cancel in Settings before the next renewal, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.

Tell us the number of files, accounts and date range. We confirm whether the batch fits the £19 founder-assisted offer, agree the output and scope, and only then arrange payment. It is a one-off service with no recurring subscription. Larger or complex batches need a separate quote.

One bank account connected in StatementClear. A current account, a credit card and a separate currency account count as three feeds. Paid recurring plans include unlimited statement uploads within their organisation and feed limits.

Yes, by downloading Xero-ready CSV files for manual import. Direct delivery through Xero's Bank Feeds API is restricted to eligible dates within the last year. An existing bank feed from another provider can also prevent direct connection.

Overlap checks compare transactions against previous uploads to the same StatementClear feed, rather than all statement history in Xero. Balance checks depend on figures available in the statement. Review dates, signs, balances and any period already imported before sending.
